أُعلن عن وفاته وتلقّت الأندية التعازي.. لاعب نيجيري يعود للحياة داخل المشرحة
في واقعة صادمة هزّت الوسط الرياضي النيجيري، عاش لاعب كرة القدم تشينيدو أوزور لحظات درامية بعدما أُعلن عن وفاته رسميًا، قبل أن تظهر عليه علامات الحياة داخل المشرحة، في تطور أعاد حالة من الأمل والذهول في آن واحد.
وكان أوزور، الذي انضم حديثًا إلى صفوف كاتسينا يونايتد، قد سقط مغشيًا عليه خلال مباراة ودية أمام نيجر تورنادوز، ضمن تحضيرات الفريقين للموسم الجديد. وبعد نقله إلى أحد المستشفيات، أكد طبيب وفاته، قبل إعادة جثمانه إلى مستشفى كاتسينا العام.
لكن المفاجأة وقعت داخل المشرحة، عندما لاحظ العاملون حركة في يد اللاعب، ليتم نقله بصورة عاجلة إلى وحدة العناية المركزة، حيث يخضع للعلاج بالأكسجين، بينما يعمل الأطباء على إنعاشه ومتابعة حالته.
وكان نادي كاتسينا يونايتد قد أعلن في وقت سابق وفاة لاعبه الجديد، فيما سارعت رابطة الدوري النيجيري وعدد من الأندية إلى تقديم التعازي لعائلته وزملائه، قبل أن تتغير التطورات بشكل مفاجئ مع ظهور علامات على بقاء اللاعب حيًا.
وتسببت الواقعة في حالة من الصدمة والترقب داخل كرة القدم النيجيرية، فيما يواصل أوزور تلقي الرعاية الطبية وسط آمال بتماثله للشفاء واستقرار حالته.
Celtic Agree Haissem Hassan Deal Worth Up to €10.5 Million

Haissem Hassan has received permission to undergo his medical and complete the contract paperwork with Celtic, according to Sky Sports.
A significant part of the additional payments will reportedly become due if Celtic qualify for the UEFA Champions League league phase this month. The full package could therefore reach approximately €10.5 million, although only the initial fee would be guaranteed.
The winger has reportedly agreed personal terms on a four-year contract running until June 2030. The 24-year-old arrived in Scotland on Monday night ahead of his medical, according to sources close to the player.
Spanish outlet Cadena SER also reported that the move was close to completion. It placed the guaranteed payment above €6.5 million, with a further €3 million available through variables.
Although the figures differ slightly from the Sky Sports breakdown, both reports describe a deal containing a substantial performance-related component.
His former club, Villarreal, retained 40% of the capital gain from a future sale, which applies to Oviedo’s profit rather than automatically granting Villarreal 40% of the entire transfer fee.
As KingFut previously reported, Hassan had accepted Celtic’s four-year proposal, but the clubs were still negotiating the payment structure.
Celtic’s opening offer of approximately £3.4 million was rejected before the Scottish champions returned with an improved package.
Hassan made 37 La Liga appearances last season and provided three assists. His value rose further during Egypt’s World Cup campaign, particularly after his performance in the round-of-16 defeat to Argentina.

QSL strengthens commercial ties with multi-year partnerships
Doha, Qatar: The Qatar Stars League (QSL) has strengthened its commercial and operational partnerships through new agreements with Zoom Live and The Look Company, covering the coming seasons.
QSL announced a sponsorship agreement with Zoom Live, a creative production and live event execution company, making it the Doha Bank Stars League’s Business Partner and Official Partner of the Qatar Cup for the 2026-2027 and 2027-2028 seasons.
The agreement is part of QSL’s strategy to strengthen partnerships with leading national and regional companies and support the development of its tournaments and events. It also aims to enhance the experience offered to fans and partners.
Zoom Live provides integrated services covering creative design, modern technologies, manufacturing, and the in-house management and execution of projects. The company has experience in official ceremonies, international sporting events, conferences, exhibitions, cultural programmes and special events.

The announcement came alongside the renewal of QSL’s partnership with The Look Company, which will continue as QSL’s visual identity partner for three more seasons, covering 2026-2027, 2027-2028 and 2028-2029.
The renewed agreement extends a partnership that has lasted for more than 10 years and has supported the development of professional football match environments in Qatar.
Under the renewed partnership, The Look Company will continue to support the visual identity of stadiums, the identities of the league and clubs, and the delivery of matches and events.
The partnership is also aimed at improving organisational standards and enhancing the experience for fans, clubs and other stakeholders while strengthening the professional presentation of QSL competitions.

Messi says not certain to play "much longer" after father's death
Buenos Aires, Argentina: Argentina superstar and inspiration behind his country's 2022 World Cup victory Lionel Messi said Wednesday he has "serious doubts" about continuing to play football for "much longer" after the death of his father Jorge Messi.
"I don't know what I'll do without you, I don't know how to go on. I just played football, and now I have serious doubts about continuing to do so for much longer," Messi, 39, wrote in a message on social media after his father, who was also his agent, died last week aged 68.
In the message, Messi, whose contract with Major League Soccer outfit Inter Miami runs till the end of the 2028 season, reflected on the final months of his father's life, which coincided with the 2026 World Cup.
"I kept telling you we would reach the final so you could make the trip," said Messi, who returned to the United States on Tuesday night following his father's funeral on Sunday.
"We made it to the final, but you couldn't be there. I wanted to win it to bring it to you and show you a new one. I couldn't, my legs just gave out.
"This time I tried to push past my physical limits, but I couldn't. I never felt right," Messi said in his first comments after the 1-0 loss to Spain in the final in New Jersey.
Messi highlighted his father's pivotal role in his life and career: "You were a father, a friend, and an agent. You were always exactly who you needed to be in every moment, and you never put a foot wrong."
Jorge Messi's unusual absence from the World Cup in June had already attracted attention.
Messi's family asked the media for "humanity" during the tournament amid persistent rumours over Jorge's health.
After bursting into tears after scoring against Algeria in a group match, Messi had admitted to dealing with "a situation outside of sports".
On Sunday, the eight-time Ballon d'Or winner bid farewell to his father during a private ceremony with close family and a few Argentina teammates in the town of Perez, adjacent to Rosario.
The cause of death was not disclosed.
