أعلن الاتحاد القطري لكرة السلة برنامج مباريات الدوري العام للرجال للموسم الرياضي الجديد 2026-2027، حيث تفتتح مباريات البطولة يوم السبت 10 أكتوبر 2026، بمشاركة تسعة أندية، هي الخور، الريان، قطر، السد، الغرافة، الأهلي، الشمال، الوكرة والعربي، وتستمر منافسات الدور الأول حتى الاثنين 9 نوفمبر المقبل.
تبدأ مسابقة الدوري العام للرجال بالدور الأول الذي يقام بنظام الدوري من دور واحد، قبل أن تنتقل الفرق إلى الدور الثاني الذي يعتمد نظام الأدوار الإقصائية، وصولًا إلى تحديد بطل المسابقة.
ويشهد الدور الأول إقامة 36 مباراة موزعة على تسع جولات، وفق البرنامج الذي اعتمده الاتحاد، وتقام المواجهات على صالتي الغرافة والريان.
ويخوض النادي العربي منافسات الموسم الجديد بصفته حامل لقب النسخ الثلاث الأخيرة، بعدما رفع رصيده إلى 11 لقبًا في تاريخ الدوري العام لكرة السلة، فيما يتصدر الريان السجل الذهبي للبطولة برصيد 18 لقبًا، ويأتي نادي قطر بـ7 ألقاب، بينما يملك كل من السد والغرافة والشمال ونادي الجيش (سابقًا) لقبين لكل منهم، مقابل لقب واحد للأهلي، الذي توج به في موسم 2000-2001.
وتنطلق الجولة الأولى يوم السبت 10 أكتوبر بإقامة مباراتين في صالة الغرافة، حيث يلتقي الريان مع الخور في الساعة السادسة مساءً، فيما يواجه السد فريق قطر في الثامنة مساءً، وتتواصل الجولة يوم الاثنين 12 أكتوبر بمواجهتي الغرافة والأهلي عند السادسة مساءً، والوكرة والشمال عند الثامنة مساءً، في الصالة نفسها، بينما يحصل النادي العربي على راحة في الجولة الأولى.
وتقام الجولة الثانية يومي الأربعاء والخميس 14 و15 أكتوبر.

يختتم منتخبنا الوطني لكرة القدم للشباب مشواره في تصفيات كأس آسيا 2027 تحت 20 عامًا، وذلك عندما يلاقي نظيره السعودي ضمن المجموعة الخامسة من التصفيات القارية المؤهلة لكأس آسيا للشباب بالصين عام 2027، حيث يتطلع منتخبنا لتحقيق الفوز لتأمين حظوظه في التأهل، سواء في المركز الأول أو ضمن أفضل المنتخبات الحاصلة على المركز الثاني في التصفيات، خاصة أن الجولة الأخيرة ستشهد صراعا قويا في هذه الجولة التي ستحدد المتصدر والوصيف.
ويدخل القطري برصيد 3 نقاط، فيما يحتل السعودي صدارة المجموعة برصيد 6 نقاط والعمانى بثلاث نقاط ويلعب مع هونغ كونغ في مباراة سهلة للعماني.
وبات على منتخبنا الدخول بقوة من أجل الفوز وحصد النقاط الثلاث، علمًا بأن لائحة التصفيات تنص على تأهل متصدري المجموعات وأفضل سبعة منتخبات تحتل المركز الثاني إلى النهائيات القارية في الصين.
يتصدر المنتخب السعودي ترتيب المجموعة برصيد 6 نقاط، ويحتل العماني المركز الثاني بـ3 نقاط، بفارق المواجهات المباشرة عن المنتخب القطري الذي يمتلك 3 نقاط أيضًا ويحتل المركز الثالث، فيما يحتل منتخب هونغ كونغ المركز الرابع بدون نقاط. وتتكون المجموعة الخامسة من منتخبنا وقطر والسعودية وهونغ كونغ.

Afif then turned provider again, sending a clever lob towards Claudinho, who produced a fine volley to double Al Sadd’s lead in the 12th minute.

Al Sadd resumed the second half in similar fashion and came close to adding a third when Hashim Ali’s low effort towards the right corner was kept out by defender Ayoub Al-Oui.

Afif eventually got his goal with a fine solo effort, storming into the box after getting past two defenders before calmly slotting a low shot into the net.

Yacine Brahimi pulled one back for Al Gharafa in the 82nd minute, but Firmino sealed Al Sadd’s victory in stoppage time, finishing from Boualem Khoukhi’s assist.

“The start of the season has been very successful, with three wins in the league and a victory in the Qatar Cup. InshaAllah, it will be an exceptional season for us,” Al Sadd defender Tarek Salman said after the win.

“Despite the injuries we are dealing with, the team is performing well. We hope to maintain this level, continue improving and achieve more victories.”

Following their second successive defeat, Pedro Martin’s Al Gharafa slipped to ninth with three points.

Earlier at Ahmad Bin Ali Stadium, Roger Guedes put Al Rayyan ahead in the fifth minute, volleying Jassim Gabir’s header from close range following a corner.

Al Duhail were forced into an early change when Edmilson Junior went off injured in the 10th minute, with Mobarak Shanan replacing the forward.

Mahmoud Abunada denied Sekou Yansane late in the first half to preserve Al Rayyan’s lead, but Al Duhail found the equaliser in the 72nd minute.

Almoez Ali carried the ball down the left before his attempted pass deflected off David Garcia and fell to substitute Tahsin Mohammed, who made no mistake from the edge of the box, sending a precise effort into the left corner.
